The university encourages students to participate in extracurricular and co-curricular activities. Every year, sports competitions are held. Tour programmes are organized for final-year Sastri students in Andhra Pradesh and Acharya students throughout India to help them understand the traditional culture and gain practical experience with traditional activities.
